I downloaded the above files and I received and error message the password is wrong. of course that is wrong but there is something wrong because it plays about 60 % of the video and then it turns off. I downloaded 3 times and took up my freebies for the day I guess. Could you re up the video parts then?

Could you please re-up part 2. I assume that is where the problem is since the video plays most of the way thru before stopping. I use 7zip but winrar did not work either for me.

Is it gonna be this long for a response when I sign up? I said the rars did not come together a few days ago.

a comment held in moderation means we will do it eventually when we have time and enough requests, we let requests like these stack up and then we do them all at once, since we have over 250terabyte of data we have to manage it isnt like we can just access this data at anytime due to electrical costs, we start the servers required to access it and then do all of them at once so therefor your comments are held in moderation.

it wont go quicker if you are vip, sorry.

You should not have several parts when some parts don’t work. What would happen if there are 50 rars at a GB each and you need all for it to work and one does not? That means it is all a waste of time. There are a lot of packs I would like to get when I sign up but there is no promise that what I want will actually work. In this case it is only 2 rars but the 2nd one has not been fixed in 2 weeks. Perhaps you should invest in newer technology that does not ruin files. Usenet can last 10 years. I have come across several where commenters have complained something has not worked 2 years straight. Those should just be removed if you are not going to fix them.
I do appreciate what you do have but it is frustrating to keep checking back to see if something is fixed and it is not and maybe it never will be.

I understand the frustration but fact of the matter is we get so many reports that are in fact user error, id say from all the reports we get its 98% user error and no file error.

In this case, yeah… file was just tested, and it works fine for me. So once more, its user error. I could sort of predict it would be user error considering the file was downloaded over 1000 times and you were the only one complaining.

In a perfect world we would not use rar/archiving on the files because we have to deal with so many extraction issues but the good outweigh the bad, we need files to be archives for “reasons”.

Please link the comments you found where people said files were not working and we didn’t respond, we usually respond to all of them, however the response may not be what you like to hear, like this one, where the file is in fact working fine and no re-upload was needed.

I apologize. The first time I downloaded the first rar something must have glitched it and as I re-downloaded the first rar it made the next copy 1(1) and the 3rd time came out 1(2). When I tried to connect rar1 to rar2 they did not match since my rar one read 1(1). After I erased the (1) it worked perfectly. Sorry to be the dick I sounded like. Normally it works in this scenario.
