use a modern version of 7zip or winrar to extract the files.
I used the modern version of 7zip and the correct password, copy and paste. It simply doesn’t work
by modern version did you download a new version as of today? we use rar4 older versions of 7zip does not support it.
I also couldn’t get the file to work. I used the newest version of 7zip I could find, version 19.00 from Feb 2019, and I couldn’t get the file to extract.
only thing i can think of is that your download is breaking early resulting in a corrupt archive.
