Hello,
We are aware that there is an issue with TezFiles serving files that can’t be found from their CDN network and sometimes you get greeted by a white blank screen saying “The resource could not be found.” when trying to download a file. This issue is being investigated and hopefully should be resolved soon. If you run into this issue you can help out by reporting it to [email protected] and include what file you were trying to download.
We cannot do anything to fix this unfortunately, we can only wait.

How about going back to K2S? I know some like tez, but I am sure other’s like me don’t like it and haven’t been subscribing since the move… Just sayin’…
Been having problems all month getting files.. constant ‘trouble finding site’ messages for tez files. I wont be resubbing until you move back. I understand some are ok with it and you probably make more $$ with it but most I’ve talked to on user end are not a fan of it and you are losing customers because of it just sayin!!
Having issues since this but it’s with files failing after 10-15 minutes, and then when i try to restart them, they will not restart.
report the issues to [email protected] i cannot do anything about this and if i report it to them they will just ask me to ask you to report it to them directly.
