Hi my name is Meghan and I would like you to come on in and join me on the inside. I am 18 years old and live on a ranch with my dad. This site is very personal to me so my bio is going to be the same way.
I am an only child of my mother and father, but I do have one half brother and sister who are grown. My mother died when I was 12 years old. Before the death of my mother, I never really had the chance to get to know my dad. Now, it’s just me and dad working on the ranch, and that’s the way I prefer it. I love my dad very much. You will see in the captions of most of the photo sets and hear in some parts of the videos me talking to my dad. He’s always there for me, and I’m always there for him. We have a very close relationship that most people don’t understand; we are just trying to make up for the time we were kept apart.
I am not in any way, shape or form a typical teenager. I am home schooled. Which means, wherever I am, the school work goes with me (for the most part). Most teens want to blend in with their friends. They want to be “part of the gang”. Not me, I want to stand out, on my own two feet and be a name people will remember. I don’t want to live a normal life and be just another nameless face in the crowd. I’m going to be a person that most people only fantasize about being and go places others only dream about.
My favorite thing to do is hunt, wherever and whenever I can to fit it in. Then I would have to say that fishing is next on the list; but I also like to cook, too. Basically, there is nothing that I don’t like to do. Wait! I take that back, there is one thing that I don’t like to do. I don’t like to talk about myself very much. Maybe that’s why this bio is a little boring.
I am a true believer in working hard to get the things I want. I’m not going to tell you that this website is just a ticket to my “big break”. I don’t really think just a website is going to get you where you want. It takes a lot more than a site to move a career ahead in this world. Like I said I’m a worker and sometimes it might be a little rough going. I know that if I want it bad enough, I’ll get it. It’s like my daddy says” It’s not being at the top that counts, it’s the ride getting there that’s the fun.” So I’m going to work hard to further myself along, but I’m also, going to enjoy every minute of it.
Enough about my career. Let’s get back to the purpose of the site. I’m doing this website for the main reason of letting people get to know me and in the process let me get to know you, too. Now I put on no false pretenses, what you see is what and who I am. Anyways, in this site, you’ll see a basic day in the life. From getting up to going to bed and everything in between (you never know what’s going to happen in a rancher’s life). Dad and I also truck on the side so yep that’s going to be me driving that eighteen wheeler.
So sit back and enjoy getting to know me. I hope you will like being part of my life and don’t forget to get an eyeful of the beautiful scenery of our ranch.
