k2s.cc issue: files randomly “down / connection refused”

Hi everyone,

Around 4 weeks ago keep2share made some changes to their code base and since then we’ve had increased reports of users reporting links as “down” but when we check them they are rarely down. We’ve now figured out that the issue is on keep2share’s side where their servers are randomly refusing connection and spewing out a message saying the file is down.

We’ve informed keep2share about the issue and given them some samples of links that are actually up but when visited they show up as down. Hopefully this error can be fixed as soon as possible. Feel free to keep reporting if you find files that are down, we just felt we needed to inform everyone about the error and it’s being worked on.
