The video file is corrupted and cannot be extracted.
its been downloaded 200 times, no reports of corruption before this, it should work fine, make sure your download completes.
It's one of those rars that 7-Zip reports "There are some data after the end of the payload data" but it extracts and plays. Maybe some tools aren't as forgiving?
hmmm, does the video work fine and it doesn't look like its cutting before actual end? you can use winrar to but make sure to check the "keep broken files" when extracting which should result in the same as with 7zip
