I was able to download by logging out of tez files account and downloading from free link (slow speed).

its tezfiles broken cdn network please report this issue to [email protected] it seems they are re-routing certain users depending on their location in the world to CDN networks and these networks are not properly synced. its better if you report it because they might need more details, i do not have this issue from my location, the file is available to me.
I sent a report, but I also was able to download it by switching my VPN to another country
great, let me know if they give you any reply regarding technical stuff and if they are fixing it, this could become a big issue the more time goes as it seems this specific cdn node is out of sync with the actual library of files.
Will do. And if it helps anyone in the meantime, I switched my VPN to Germany for it to work. I am sure other countries work too, but I know for a fact that one does
