hii have tried downloading this video 4 times. i’ve tried converting each one using prism. it will not play after conversion
okey contact prism then? my computer plays these videos with no problem without converting it, if you must convert why not use a free application like handbrake?

Thank You I’ll give handbrake a try. I do have an older laptop so i’m sure thats part of it. just not in position to upgrade at this time.
