why is the video lagging?
maybe your computer cannot handle the bitrate?
when you go through the video frame by frame, you will find plenty of duplicated frames. that is a sign of wrong encoding. has nothing to do with bitrate.
yeah i took a look at it looks like adam & eve has a strange way of encoding their dvds, or they simply just down sized the video from their blu-ray footage onto the dvd, i can redo this one later when i get time to fix the frame issue
